Women's Lacrosse Falls to St. John Fisher in Midweek Matchup
Utica women’s lacrosse suffered an 18-3 defeat against No. 10 St. John Fisher University in an Empire 8 matchup. Grace Stuhlman led Utica with two goals, while goalkeeper Makayla Purdy made nine saves. Despite St. John Fisher’s dominating first half, Utica fought back, scoring all three goals in the second half, including a woman-up opportunity. The team will look to rebound when they face Keuka College on April 5 at 1 PM. Stuhlman is just 14 points shy of 200 career points.
