Utica Man Caught Stealing Cookies and Beer Arrested
A 41-year-old Utica man, Charles Green, is in custody facing felony charges for stealing over $700 worth of cookies and several cases of beer from local stores. The incidents occurred on January 28, where he allegedly broke into a grocery store and stole items using a flatbed cart. Surveillance footage helped identify Green, who was subsequently linked to a beer theft at a convenience store a few days later. He was apprehended on March 28 by the Utica Police Department’s Warrants Unit.
