Temperatures will rise to the mid 60s ahead of an afternoon cold front, bringing the chance of strong thunderstorms with gusty winds. Breezy and cooler Tuesday (mid 40s) and mostly cloudy Wednesday. Rain returns Thursday (mid 60s).
