Boil Water Advisory Issued for Parts of Oriskany Area
Several streets in the Village of Oriskany, N.Y., are under a boil water advisory following a water main break on Hillside Drive Friday evening. The Mohawk Valley Water Authority has issued this advisory for at least 48 hours, urging residents to boil water for at least two minutes before using it for drinking or cooking. Affected areas include Utica Street, Ridge Road, Hillside Drive, Sunray Terrace, Husted Drive, Ceral Lane, and Spillway Drive, until tests confirm the water is safe for consumption.
